Rural Transportation Assistance |

Efforts are underway to provide transportation assistance to residents in rural counties of Illinois. Each county is assigned to a Transportation region and plans are under way to develop Human Service Transportation Plans. Whiteside County is part of Illinois Region 2 and also has an active Whiteside County Healthier Communities Partnership that is struggling with transportation issues.
