Workforce Employment Solutions.org is a website that offers information about the Northwest Illinois Workforce Investment Board (NWIL WIB) and the partner agencies that collectively form Workforce Employment Solutions.  Services offered through Workforce Employment Solutions include employment assistance, training, education, and economic development services to job seekers and employers in Northwest Illinois encompassing Carroll, Jo Daviess, Ogle, Stephenson and Whiteside Counties.

A litttle information about NWILWIB:

The Northwest IL Workforce Investment Board (NWILWIB) is a business driven board with 43 volunteer board members. Our area (#4) includes five counties:  Carroll, Jo Daviess, Ogle, Stephenson and Whiteside.  This policy making board oversees federal funds used for employment and training programs and services.

These rural communities recognize the importance of a regional approach for a more effective workforce system; with a new strategic plan we are meeting challenges to assist in improving the quality of the workforce to better serve existing business while promoting our communities.  County Chairs, business, government agencies, economic development  and education all partnered to make the most out of limited resources, doing more with less.
